What is the 'It Works or We Fix It Free' guarantee?
We stand by the quality of our products. Any Zippo pocket lighter, when returned to our factory, will be put in first-class mechanical condition free of charge, regardless of age or condition. The finish, however, is not guaranteed.
How long does shipping take for customized lighters?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. However, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing and production of custom-engraved or personalized items before they are dispatched.
Can I ship Zippo lighter fluid or pressurized butane internationally?
Due to shipping regulations regarding flammable materials, lighter fluid and butane canisters can only be shipped via ground transportation within the contiguous United States and cannot be shipped to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO locations.
What is your return policy for unused products?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that customized products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I know if my Zippo lighter is genuine?
Authentic Zippo lighters feature a distinct date code on the bottom of the case consisting of a letter (A-L) representing the month and a two-digit number representing the year of manufacture. Always purchase from authorized retailers to ensure authenticity.
